I'm typically between a medium and a large, depending on the brand, but the medium was more like a true large, maybe even a little oversized large. I would recommend dropping down a size for a more true to your size size Even with that said, I would definitely get this again

Great fit. Nice and loose in a size 3x (I normally wear a 2x). I'm quite a bit chesty, so the separation line does come up a little higher than it does on the adorably tiny model, but I still like it and it's comfortable .
