I usually wear a medium, but read reviews and bought an XL. It was still TOO TIGHT in the shoulder-- QUALITY was great though. It's a shame, be it was such a pretty color and style. Easy return with Jane is the reason is gets 4 stars, based on shirt only I'd get it 3 stars.
