I bought this dress for my daughter and it fit her perfect and she loved it.
This dress runs very tiny. My skinny 13-year-old fit into the size medium (she usually wears extra small) This is annoying due to shipping charges both ways since I ordered her a small.

I ordered two - one was wonderful and the other one was definitely an empire waist. Must have been sewn incorrectly as it was 3 inches shorter from the shoulder to the gathering than the other. First time ordering so will have to look into returning.
It is a super nice top, just like the picture. Super good quality fabric but tight in the arms.
