I am a small boned person with no hips and I ordered the small and this was very tight. I don’t love the fabric either - it’s like a thick swimsuit material. But the pattern is super cute and I should be able to squeeze into it once or twice to get my money’s worth. It is very stretchy.

I am usually a true small size 2-4. I sized up because I did not want it way too tight and so I got a medium. This dress is so small, I would compare the medium to like an xsmall. The material however is very comfortable. It is not worth it to send back because I lose money on shipping too and from so I would be almost in the hole.
