Fits around the waist, but expect to hem up because they're super long.
Fit was very small. Ordered a large and it fits more like a medium around my waist. Elastic is very tight and would have ordered up if I had known. Very cute so I was salvage it myself by adding extra elastic.
Super cute, but does run VERY small. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. I am normally a medium top and this is really tight. It does ride up around my hips as well.

I'm a size 2 and the small fit great. I'm guessing as I wear them they will loosen over a whole day but love them.
Wasn't sure when I opened this dress. The fabric is thin but it looks very cute & flattering on.
