I’m 5’9 and weigh 187. I typically wear an XL but read the reviews and decided on a L. It fits great and still hangs on me.

I like that you can make it as tight as you want or loose depending on the knot you tie.

I purchased two different colors. As others have mentioned, it is longer than most tunics, but I can always tie up one side & wear with my leggings.
