I would not rate these at "luxe". They are not the typical really soft leggings I was expecting like others I've ordered. And they are super small. I'm normally a size 12, sometimes 14. I ordered an XL 14/16 to be safe, and these give me an incredible muffin top because they are so tight and more stiff feeling leggings.
