Ribbed Snap Cardigan | S-XL

I received this shirt on September 24th and today is the first time it's been cool enough outside for me to wear it. I put it on, walked upstairs and heard something drop and roll against my hardwood floors - a button has already fallen off and it appears to have been missing a piece so I can't even attempt to try and fix it. I'm reaching out to customer service to see if I'm able to return it.
