Size up, but I love this cut — I love the vneck and cap sleeves.

I am 5'4'' and 115 pounds. I expected a size small to fit right since thats the size I always get, especially leggings that are supposed to be stretchy. These are pretty small and are a bit uncomfortable at the waist, not as stretchy as I would like for leggings.
