I ordered my shirt on Sept 27th. with the shipping date being Oct. 6th. Plenty of time to receive my item for the 22nd of October. I contacted the seller letting them know, it has been two full weeks since the ship date and still haven't received it. Well, the seller basically said, it's not our problem. I ordered the shirt to wear in OCTOBER to work for a cancer fundraiser. The seller was not sympathetic. I will not order from this company again. Once it leaves their store, they can careless about it. Awesome customer service (sarcasm). I guess I'll have the shirt for next year. It took a month from purchase date to receiving it at my house. This company left a bad taste in my mouth. Think twice before you order.

Hello- we are so sorry that the post office held your order and there was a delay. We shipped your order within Jane's timing and the tracking thru the post office said "Other Delay, your shipment has been delayed due to emergency or other conditions at 6:44 on October 17." We are truly sorry that an emergency or other cause delayed your order but truly this was out of our hands. Your order did come a few days later. If the order was lost, we would have gladly resent it. :)
