I ordered this item 12/9 completely expecting it by or well before Christmas I just received my package on 1/3. If you are that busy and can't fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time, let customers know. That isn't a good way to do business. .

Hi! Your order shipped out on the 14th and because of the major delays within the postal service nationwide shipped took longer than it normally does. I want to be clear The quality of the product is quite nice. My rating is regarding the timelines of receiving the item as it was not as advertised. I just wish that the company had been honest about over promising for the holidays instead of blaming the USPS. I have had several orders where the demand out weighed the supply and was thrilled for their success and was happy to receive the item later than expected
