The worse customer service experience I have had in my life. I ordered this nov 16 for a gift exchange I had on dec 6th and it said it would ship by the 22nd. When it has not on 28th I reached out. I heard back from them on the 29th about issues they were having with production and asked if I needed by a certain day. They then guaranteed I would have by the 6th. I emailed them on the 3rd and 4th when it had still not shipped. I was told on the 5th it was shipping that day; I asked them to overnight it to receive it by the day they guaranteed - they refused and did not even ship it that day. They told me again on the 6th it was going to ship that day, but it did not. They did not even ship it until the 8th -AFTER I had already had to scram to find another gift- and refused to refund me.
We are so sorry for all the postal delays with USPS. Unfortunately we cannot control or push them to scan our packages when they pick them up. A lot of our packages that were picked up on the 22nd were delayed and probably sitting in a postal hub somewhere. We are truly sorry.
