Kinda Obsessed Christmas Crewneck Sweatshirts

This shirt looks nothing like the picture. The color is super dark and not bright like the photo. You can tell the design was pressed with way too high of heat or too long and they burned it. I wrote a message on Instagram since there was no email to send and never responded. I would like a refund or replacement of a correct shirt. They never should have sent it like that.

Hi, I guess I'm confused as we have been emailing back and forth and have explained that the design is direct to garment printed. We explain in the details that the ink prints into the shirt and will never look as vibrant as a screen with backlight. The design colors are dark and on a black sweatshirt, they blend more together. We have done our best and offered you a return if you'd like to send it back. Thanks

Sugar Plum Fairy Crewneck Sweatshirts

I was expecting the coloring on the sweatshirt to be brighter and pop out more. I ordered a white sweatshirt because they were out of the light gray with the “merry & bright” wording. But the coloring of the words is kind of matte and dull. The colors do not pop like the picture portrays it to stand out. I’m not sure if the picture is filtered to make the coloring of the words pop more. Or if it’s just me. But I wasn’t impressed when I got it. Kind of look like the shine of the vinyl was wore out or faded to me.
