I was given a tracking number very quickly but it wasn't actually picked up until a few days after the ship by date provided by Jane. Also when it arrived, the color did not look at all like the picture. In the picture it was a true red that would be perfect for Christmas. When it arrived it was much closer to maroon. The shirt is still cute but not what I needed. If it had just been the wrong color I would have given it for stars. However the wrong color and a longer than normal shipping time just couldn't be ignored.

Hi- we are sorry for the longer shipping time, the post office has had severe delays with Covid and packages sitting in the Chicago hub for days. The Heather Dark red is a vintage red color, we are happy to exchange your tee for the Heather red which is a brighter red that sounds like you would like better!
