The shirt was received with two black stains on it I contacted the company regarding the issue and they were unwilling to resolve the issue

Hi- the color ink you showed us was the purple from the natural tie dye process. This is normal spots and variation with the tie dye process and is stated in our listing that all shirts are unique and vary.
