Fun & Sassy Tees

Upon opening the package I could tell the lettering done was cheaply made. I haven’t even worn it yet and the letters look as if they want to peel off. Not pleased!

I assure you that the lettering will not peel off. It sounds like your tee may have had rough shipping! If it seems a little wrinkled that is due to the smashing, pulling and pushing that occurs as it moves through the postal service. We wish we had more control over that once packages leave us. Just take a hot iron to the back of the tee so it doesn't touch the design and it should flatten everything out!

I'm disappointed in the wrinkled vinyl lettering on the shirt. I've tried washing it to see if it would flatten out but no such luck. I've always had a great experience with Limeberry Design products and will continue to order their merchandise. I didn't want to hassle with paying to return the item and asking for a credit/different shirt so I kept it.

Hi! Our graphic tees are not eligible for a return as they are custom and made to order but they are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. You can exchange for a different size, color or design (as long as the design is from the same deal you purchased from on Jane.) It sounds like your tee had rough shipping. If you take a hot iron to the back of the tee so it doesn't touch the design, it should smooth it right out. We wish we could control what happens after packages leave us, but we have no control over the postal service. Have a great night!
