I would definitely size up 1 to 2 sizes if you want it loose & flowy like the pic. Material is thin but comfortable.

It's a thin material, and if you are an XL busty gal this shirt fits awful. However if you are a medium and have a smaller chest it would be very cute.

I am a size XS 0-2 normally, 32B/34A chest. So many reviews said this shirt runs very small while other said it runs very large. So I went with my normal XS size... & in my experience the shirt ran a little large but not huge. It has a loose look, but not boxy and still has feminine form! I ordered the pine green which turned out to be more muted/drab in color than the photo. It's not at all an ugly color, just not as green or vivid. And the shipping was super fast! Impressive.

These leggings are very comfortable and in my opinion contain a lot of compression. I wear a size 8 in pants and ordered a medium in these. They were a little hard to get on because of the compression, but once on, they fit great and stay up when I run.
