The medium isn't as loose around the belly as I expected, while the armpit holes are quite low. With a sports bra, no big deal, but I do wish it didn't make me feel so fat! (I almost always wear a medium, I'm a 4/6 and 5'7") I don't think I'd switch to a large because then the armpit holes would be even bigger. I got the Killer Queen graphic on the light green top, and it looks fantastic! I may end up cutting the neck out, but overall I love the tank.
