Yes, you did send me an email and I responded immediately. We are not able to change personal information. I did explain what you needed to do since you did list the incorrect address. We do encourage all of our customers, to check their personal information BEFORE placing the order. This keeps our customers happy and keeps orders from being delivered to the wrong address. Here is a copy of that email. Unfortunately, we are not able to change personal information. You will need to reorder making that address change.
