This took over a month to ship and when I asked for a refund the sellers ignored my request and sent it anyway. The t-shirt is very soft and good quality, but I will not be purchasing from this company anymore.

When a customer requests to cancel, we do our best to pull the shipment if at all possible. Please understand that we professionally print all of our tees to order, and it does take longer than your average non-handmade item on Jane. If we printed everything ahead of time, options such as size, color and design would be very limited and we've found that most people prefer to wait a little longer to customize their shirt.
