Love the shirt

Ordered Dec3 and received Jan6.! Shirt was fine! Just a waste of money when it's a Christmas shirt and you receive it a week after New Years.

Ordered my shirts at the end of November and finally received them on Jan 8th AFTER Christmas I'm pretty sure the seller forgot about my order because they finally shipped my shirts after I reached out for a refund I got a shipping notification on Jan 5th They also printed the shipping label when I placed my order, so it was impossible for me to cancel my order within Jane because it showed as "processing" This is a very dishonest practice for a company to do and it makes me second guess buying on Jane if they are allowing companies to do this

Product is great Shipping was horrible!

It was silly to have this items shipped after New Years and delivered on1/9. Obviously, when ordered at the start of December, it would have been nice to have prior to Christmas. Ordered many items that day and received everything by 12/11.

I ordered Christmas t-shirts on Dec. 5 & didn’t receive them until Dec. 30th. The shirts are great but disappointed in the lack of communication in delivery delays.

I would give this company negative stars if I could What am I going to do with a Christmas shirt in January ?!?!

Super soft and perfect for layering

Cute Shirt, but TERRIBLE customer service!! Order was placed on November 30, and I just received the order on January 7th! I ordered two other items from other companies the same day and received those orders within a week. I ordered the shirt to wear during the Christmas season but didn't receive it until after the holidays are over. I sent the company an email inquiring about the delivery of the t-shirt and got no response. I will never order anything from this company again and Jane.com should reconsider allowing them to sell on this site! Same products are available from different vendors...buy from them and not this company!!

This order was a disaster, The shirt came over a month after is was ordered, and it runs small. Would not order again.

I ordered this shirt in November and it was not shipped until January 4th and then received JANUARY 6th. They did not ship this until I reached out to them to cancel and then ignored my email, but magically the shirt had a tracking number right after. There was never an acknowledgement that they even read my email. No need for a Christmas shirt AFTER Christmas! Do not order for this company, not only for their lack of customer service, but for the quality of the product. The shirt is cheap and the printing on it looks like it was the very last of their bottle, meaning the print is not even solid. Looks like the writing will wash off in the first load of laundry since it's so light. Horrible experience!
