Runs big, recommend to size down

Cute shirt, but took 30 days to arrive and didn’t make it in time to wear for Christmas. Update: seller reached out and offered discount as compensation for the delay. Also mentioned steps they were taking to avoid delays in the future.

I ordered this shirt on December 2nd and it shipped on the 11th I understand that the post office is backed up but I'm pretty sure this is just lost as this point No response from seller from the email I sent and I haven't received a refund

The quality of the t shirts were great. However, I ordered 2 of the exact same shirt and received shirts that were 2 different colors. I have contacted the seller. I received a response within 2 days and they are sending me a replacement shirt! Great customer service. Will update when I receive the replacement.

I ordered this on November 28th and still have not received it. I DO NOT NEED A CHRISTMAS SHIRT AFTER CHRISTMAS. I contacted the seller and they blamed USPS. Terrible customer service. I am very disappointed and will NOT order from this seller again. Waste of money!

Ordered Nov 28, now Dec 31st. Shirt never came. Contacted seller and in my opinion they blew me off. I don’t need a Christmas shirt after Christmas. Very disappointed and will not order from seller again. Will be requesting a refund.

Ordered Nov 29th and sent an email requesting a status update on Dec 17- they did email me back saying I should get my shirt "any day now." It's Dec 31 and still no shirt Disappointed in no correspondence about this issue because it seems to have happened to multiple people this year (via reviews).
