I never received the shirt I ordered. I’m trying to get a refund but they have not responded to my email.

Love this shirt

Did not receive the item and was not updated and still have not gotten any updates or refund unacceptable

I have yet to receive this shirt after purchasing it at the end of November I am very upset about it!! I even reached out to the company and they said there was nothing they could go about it and it was the postal services fault. .

Still have not received the shirt a month later

Ordered on 11/29 Still haven't received it Guess I'll have to wait another year to wear it- if it ever arrives

My shirt has still not arrived; was supposed to be here in December 6th. I’ve sent two emails to which I’ve received same response (my shirt was sent to a mail facility but they are still waiting for the shipment info). I’ve asked for a refund. We will see if that happens.

Ordered Dec 2 to be able to wear for the holidays and never received my order.

Never even arrived! Ordered on Black Friday and it sat in a processing center for weeks. Had to be refunded. I was really looking forward to wearing this shirt too!

I ordered my 3 shirts in November and have yet to receive them. They don’t do me much good after Christmas.

Purchased on 11/30. Today is 12/25 and I still haven’t received the item. My card has been billed but I don’t know if the item will ever arrive and seller unable to give tracking information.

Still waiting on this order, company is blaming covid and now the Post Office for the delay. I have received other orders that were places later so I'm not buying this excuse. I will not order from Poppy&Pine again.

Haven't received this item, it's been 4 weeks. The company says it's still on the way. Blamed covid for the delay, yet I have received all other items I've ordered from Jane. Will not order from this particular company again.

I ordered this 11/29 and it still shows processing. Wished I would have know how long it was going to take because I would have passed.
