Never received this item! The tracking indicates that the seller shipped it, but it still shows that it's sitting in the MO post office...and has been sitting there for over two weeks. On the positive, after reaching out to their customer service center, three times, they did issue me a refund. I absolutely appreciate that, but unfortunately, I won't receive the item for the gift exchange I originally purchased it for. Overall, happy with the company and their customer care.
