Emblem is small on shirt

I ordered the wrong print I wanted, but it's nice and soft.

I received this shirt in the mail & it was the wrong size. I checked my order & it verified I ordered a 2X, but I received an XL. I emailed the provider but have gotten zero response back.

I ordered and paid for this item and never received it.
