I contacted this seller to set up an exchange for a smaller size and followed their instructions precisely. The seller also ask I fill out some online form which I also did... I paid $5 to have the cardigan shipped to me, $16 to return it for an exchange and somehow, Jane refunded my money instead of exchanging it. I followed BOTH parties instructions but basically paid over $20 to try on this fall cardigan. I reached out to Jane again so perhaps they (or Prestige) will fix this? Not sure which instructions to follow for a simple exchange: the seller or Jane?

When hubby rubs his hands against my waist it snags from his workers hands wish it wouldn’t do that

This is a very nice material! I got the large and it’s pretty big on me but I was thinking I would wear it more when it gets cooler and I would be wearing sweaters with it, but I probably should have stuck with my normal medium size. It’s still a very nice shacket and I still plan on wearing it.

I loved the look of this sweater but when I received it, it was extremely large and sloppy. The fabric and color were perfect, but it was just way too short and boxy for my figure and looked too sloppy. I am 5'7 140lbs and the small was too big so unfortunately, I had to return it.

Just so soft and comfortable! Will keep you warm. I JUST LOVE IT AND CAN’T WAIT TO WEAR IT!!

Run small

I wanted the more fitted look, so small worked for me. If you want a looser fit, you may need to go up 2 sizes.

There is a reason why the pictures show the models with the sleeves rolled up. The sleeves are ridiculously long and wide. Not even sure if I would wear this
