I would have given this 5 stars, but I am not satisfied with customer service and the price of my order. I ordered 2 necklaces and a few days later, they advertised on sale for $4 less than what I paid. I hadn’t even received my order before they put them on sale, so I requested an adjustment to what I had paid. The seller responded that basically since the order was already placed, there was nothing they could do. I’ve ordered many times from Jane and Riah Fashion, so to not have gotten better customer service, I am very disappointed.
