Yo can order a size down and only difference is the arms will be barely noticeably tighter. Not a problem for me!

I usually wear a small/medium and ordered a medium in this top. I should have ordered a large. It runs small (I'm 5'10", 140lbs, 36A bust).

Had a large hole in the seam of the sleeve/armpit area. I sewed it back, but didn't notice it until I had it on about to walk out the door. Glad I saw it!
