Received email (after items had shipped) stating that one of the items was out of stock. Was offered a different flower bracelet with a free gift included. The ones offered did not match what I needed it to match so a refund was requested. After emailing the company 2 different times I have yet to hear anything from them or receive the credit for the product that was never shipped.
