Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never buy from them again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered 10 of these total. 7 of them were for my bridesmaids gifts, one for my mom and one for my mother in law and then I got one for myself for my wedding gift to everyone. I submitted my order and paid on Feb 12, 2018. After waiting two weeks and still not getting an confirmation that my item has shipped, mind you they had no problem taking my money, I reached out to the company in an email and asked them if they knew when my items were going to be sent out in the mail, and that these were gifts for my bridesmaids and mothers for my wedding. They then told me that three of my 10 towels were out of stock and I would have to pick out three new ones, I specifically picked a towel for each girl so I needed to know what three were out of stock, they would not give me this information and the girl kept telling me I needed to pick out three new ones. I finally just told her to give me back my money for all of them because this was getting ridiculous. The next day she emailed me back and magically they had all 10 of my towels I ordered in stock and “there was some confusion at the warehouse” there was no apology for the confusion and it still took them another 5 days after that to mail my towels out. I didn’t receive them until March 16 and my wedding was 8 days away. Then I open them and I notice some of the “stamped print” on the towels is off and looks like S*** at that point I was so done with dealing with them I still gave them to my bridesmaids and thankfully they all loved them. Won’t ever buy from this company again as they are a joke and gave me nothing but the run around.

I love the vibrant color. The picture captured the color perfectly. Delivery was prompt. I hope it washes well.
