I received a broken kit. I was asked to send pictures and promised a new kit but never received it.
I received the necklaces yesterday, they are darling. I love them!!
The shirt came with a rip in it. I emailed Rush Fashions But have gotten no response as to how to return it.

I was so excited to wear these earrings for the holidays. When I received the earrings one was broken. The post was broken off. The earrings were shipped in a regular envelope, not one with bubble wrap. I contacted the company and once I showed proof they were broken they said they would ship me a new pair. A month later, I contacted the company again because I never received my replacement earrings. She said she would talk to someone from shipping. Needless to say I never received new earrings. So, I paid for broken earrings and shipping and I have nothing to show for it.
