I never got this top

I ordered a wide wrap bracelet with a cross on it for my Christian friend. I received the thin white Infiniti bracelet which I am very unhappy with and did not want. I reached out twice to customer service to see how to return this and I have yet to find out! They only sent me a response that it was the only one left. Why send me the only one left when it is not the one I wanted!

It’s very soft and fits well. I would recommend it.

Love the hat I have purchased for my niece! Can't wait to give it to her.
