Fit is true to size. The first photo of the listing shows shorter sleeves and that is what I received. I don't mind this because by the end of the day my sleeves are pushed up to avoid soiling them...I'm a teacher and touch so many papers, pens, and miscellaneous things so comfort is exactly what this top brings. My height is 5'5", 120-125 lbs, 32b/34a bust. It fits baggy enough that a medium would be too lose in the neck. It does not work as a tunic for me but a great casual go to. My only negative is my seamless bra doesn't seem so seamless because the material is thin. It is not see through though.
