Natural Stone Message Necklace

I ordered 3 necklaces for my daughters for Christmas back in October. When I got the necklaces two of them were incorrect. I contacted the company and they said they would send out the correct necklaces. Today (over a month later) I received one replacement necklace instead of two. Very disappointed in this company. The quality of the necklaces is okay, but the experience with the company is it good.
