I tried to contact the seller to return these shoes, because they are too big. I have emailed twice, and have gotten no response.

I got the rose gold More orange/nude than I would think. And the sizes are often. I normally wear a 9.5/10 and these are 10 and my toes are rubbing. Not happy

I don't have the boots yet and when I emailed the company to ask about the USPS shipping number, they told me if I had any questions please contact them. That's exactly what I was doing. They obviously didn't read my email. I'm not happy with this purchase at all.

I received the incorrect shoe color however they responded in less than 24 hours to my message apologizing and letting me know I could keep the incorrect ones and I would get a full refund as they no longer have the ones that I ordered. I would absolutely buy from them again, and I have actually looked at the website after the great service I have received! So thank you! I hope to see some more great deals on Jane from them!
