The shoes are exactly what I wanted. The color is perfect and they fit true to size. I found these on a different site for a lower price. I ordered them from Jane.com because in the past I have had better luck with colors and fit being accurate. So why am I giving them 1 star? They arrived without a box smashed and scratched. The buckles dug into the top of the flats and are now damaged. I can't wear them looking like this. I have contacted the seller. I will change my review based on how they respond to the damaged shoes. UPDATE: One hour after I wrote my review I was contacted. I was told that it would be made right and that they would refund my purchase or send out a replacement pair. I was again contacted by their customer service department a day later when my "damaged" claim had been processed. I was told the same thing. So I will give it 2 stars at this point. I don't have a replacement or a refund yet. So when that happens I will update my review again. UPDATE: After 2 weeks of waiting for a new pair I requested an update and they didn't have a replacement pair. At that point the seller didnt offer a refund I had to request one. The seller usually responded with in a day. I feel ok about this experience.

Shoes are nice but run small and narrow so arrived and didn't fit me :-( also, toe Area is very shallow and shows splits in your toes so just be aware of that if you are going to order these.
