I bought the black ones and I love these shoes except the right one fits weird.... nothing I can't work through but very frustrating at first.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color of shoes. I contacted Shoetopia 3 times via email and did not receive a reply. I shop pretty much exclusively with Jane and I have never had an issue. This was terribly disappointing this company wouldn't extend me the courtesy of replying to my email. UPDATE: I am overwhelmed by the service I have received since this post. There were issues with their email and have made it right. They have surpassed my expectations with the exchange. Thank you!!!!
