Great quality shoe! Definitely size down half a size, these run a little big. They arrived just as pictured and are even cuter in person!
I was really excited about these shoes. When they arrived, I was disappointed to find that they're super stiff and uncomfortable - no flex at all. The heels cut into your ankles.

They shipped the wrong sandals. Trying to figure out what to do.
They were a little tight but I wore them around the house with socks and now they're great. They look just like Frye's, which was what I was hoping for.

Really cute and love them! I gave 4 stars because when I walk my heal comes off the shoe and pulls tight on the strap but it may just be my anatomy. I still love them and am going to wear them!
