We ordered these for an Easter gift. Opened them and one was a size 5 and one was a size 6.

Shoes fit too big. Contacted seller for exchange. They responded quickly (within 24hrs) they would complete an exchange. Now, 3 weeks later, no follow up. I have now sent 2 requests for follow up. So, I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit. Very poor customer service.
