I usually wear a size 8 and had to exchange for a size 7. The 7 fits great and I love the shoes. Customer service was awesome!!!

I absolutely am in love with these shoes. I am flat footed and have a wide foot, and these are so comfortable.

Too small. Need to know if can be returned or exchanged. Do not care for finish that looks like aluminum foil

I was so excited to receive my new sandals yesterday. When I did, I took them out of the box and tried them on. I was a upset that they were a little too small, as I had ordered up a 1/2 size, just like it was suggested on the website. I looked at the form that was in with the sandals, and it clearly indicates that I did, in fact, order a size 7.5...and not a 7, which is what I received. I waited what I consider to be a long time to receive this item (my first order on Jane.com!), as I had placed the order on 4/18/19 and just received them yesterday (4/30/19)...all to find out that I received the wrong size. I am asking that they please make this right. I am now finding out that they are out of stock in the size and color I ordered...and the only remaining colors are not even close to ones I would be interested in. I am hoping they make this right, but I am not sure this will happen with how things have gone so far. VERY upsetting! Now, I am hesitant to order anything else off of Jane.com.

These are super cute! I wear a 8.5 in dress and tennis shoes and have a very narrow foot. I read the other reviews that it ran big, and just to be safe, I ordered the 8 and 8.5 to be sure. I didn't even try on the 8.5 because the 8 was perfect. I wondered if I could have gone down to a 7.5 but was worried that my toes would hang over. The heel runs big and the left side is slipping a bit, so hopefully getting a heel pad will help. Can't wait to wear them!
