I ordered an 8 but wear a 7 1/2. Adorable shoes but too large.. I planned to return them. Contacted Lacey at Shoetopia. Instead of returning them, she asked for me to keep them and give them to someone who may need them or donate them to a shelter.. yet still give me a refund.. what a nice gesture!! Outstanding communication and service

Shoes are poor quality and run a little big. Save your money.
These shoes are cute and as they appeared on Jane. I am disappointed in the quality of the materials. I tried the shoes on and couldn't walk on carpet or wood floors without sliding. There is no grip or non-slip quality to the bottom of the shoe. I will be returning.
These are cute and comfortable, but they run big and my heels slip out of them. They’re also smooth on the bottom so you’d have to scuff them up to keep from slipping on certain floor surfaces.
