The shoes are cute, but my straps were already unraveling when I opened my package. I’ve reached out to the seller, but I’m still waiting on a response. It took a long time to receive the shoes - so I was disappointed to receive them already torn.

I am usually a size 10. These are just a tiny bit big. I added in a silicone heel protector and that made them fit. They look lovely and are very comfortable.
