I did love these boots, although they didn’t fit me I’m still giving 4 stars. When I contacted seller to return them, they gave me a full refund and told me to keep the boots anyways. One of the best customer services I have dealt with.
Straps do not lay right. Not as pictured. Good quality though.
Horrible purchase, I buy a lot from Jane and these shoes are the worst by far. Wear a 7 comfortably, these shoes say size 7 but fit like a 5... possibly a child size even! Don't waste your money!

The shoes ran very large. 2 sizes too big. And I was so excited to receive these. They do look cute on my sister.
