These shoes were adorable, but just didn’t seem to fit my foot comfortably. Sadly, I decided to return them. After contacting the seller, I received prompt and efficient customer service. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

These shoes weren’t for me HOWEVER, customer service was amazing!!!! I wrote and email to try and return them and they told me to just keep them and give them to someone else and they would refund me completely. Very pleased!

I am a 9.5 and the 10 fit great. I have narrow feet and the straps are too loose on top so my foot slides forward, making them difficult for me to wear. I reached out to customer service and they were great and quick to respond. I would order from them again. Unfortunately this shoe just didn’t work out for me.

Not the best quality. Good for the price but the “leather” is actually a fabric microfiber and after wearing these only three times, the opening of the boot has stretched out quite a bit.
