Love these shoes! Definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service!!!I returned these cute shoes because they were too big. I am a very normal size 9 and this size 9 was way too big in the strap over my toes and around my ankle.HOWEVER, I would definitely buy another pair of shoes from this seller. When I let them know I needed to return them, I got a personal, professional & understanding email back immediately. They handled my dissatisfaction professionally and efficiently. Anyone with that kind of customer service has earned my repeat business! I wish more companies functioned like this one.

I love these but it runs big. I got a size 6 and it feels like it flip flops a bit.

I really like the chunky heel on these however the comfort level was not there for me... Not sure if I am going to keep them... I am not sure if putting pads will help..

My feet are killing me after a day in these. I usually wear a 5 1/2, I ordered a 6. I was hoping the tightness was just because they were new and stiff, but I don’t think I can wear them again.

I normally wear a size 91/2; so I ordered a 10 and size 11. The ten was definitely too short and the 11 was too wide in the heel. I want to say this, these boots are so cute; I sure wished they had fit me. Very good construction.
