Run very big
This shoe was loose on my ankle and did not fit me quite right. Cute boot, but not a great fit on me. Customer Service was great to deal with, and I would order from them again!

I ordered this product on Dec 23rd and its now Jan. 13th and I have yet to receive them.
I usually wear a 6 but for these shoes I did have to order a 6.5, the last pair a bought I got a 6 and it was too small. Very good quality and are absolutely cute! I get complements every time I wear them!
