These booties are adorable! Even better, the customer service from this seller is outstanding. I didn't even realize that my order was lost in transit... they contacted me to let me know and offered me the choice of an immediate refund or to send out another pair when their next shipment arrived (which I chose to wait). They kept me informed via emails throughout the whole process. The booties arrived yesterday, and I love them!

Super sad about these shoes, they are really cute but after only wearing them twice the heels keep popping up... like where the traction meets the back of the shoe, it makes them hard to walk in :( Super bummed

This boot was poorly made. The right boot’s insole wasn’t even glued to the bottom of the boot, and it was buckled up and uneven, making the boot unwearable. Do not purchase these boots or others from this company! I want my money back!
