Never received my order and have yet to receive a refund. I placed my order over a month ago. I have contacted this company THREE times by email and get a different story every time! Do NOT buy from them!!

The boots are just as pictured, color, size fits true, and they shipped and delivered on time no issues! The reason for such a low star rating is the quality of the boot itself. It’s so thin and offers no support at all. They are super cute, I just can’t picture wearing them for any long amount of time. I had seen these boots previously for upward of $40 and I am sure glad I only paid $19.99. Again, super cute boots, just can’t see myself wearing them on a 10hr work day where I’m on my feet the whole time.

I get these every year! Very comfortable but do not last more than a season... I also wear them nearly everyday!

Kinda cheap, the toe dented just from a couple hours of wear. Not comfortable, rubbed my heels.

Boots look just like pictures. I didn't realize that the short part/the part around the foot would be super stiff. I have only tried them on, I haven't worn them out yet. I hope they relax a bit.

So happy with these boots. I was skeptical at the price point, but they are warm, keep my feet dry and I get compliments on them every time I wear them. I'm a size 10 and the 10s fit perfectly.
