The boots look exactly like the picture. But as you handle them, you can easily tell that these boots were cheaply made. The material is thin and the sole of the boot is also thin and flat, not comfortable at all, I will have to put an insert into them to prevent my feet from hurting. I normally wear a size 7.5, which is what I ordered. They fit like an 8. The good thing is I plan to wear thick fuzzy socks with them this winter so that’ll help with the extra room inside the boots.

Good quality, but wide and big.

They have no zipper so if you get are an 8 you need a 9 to get your foot in

Very uncomfortable

I have a semi wide foot. I did do as recommended and went with 8 1/2, since I am normally either an 8 or 8 1/2 based on the shoe. They are so comfortable!

Did not really like them, will most likely return

I have mixed feelings right now. They are super cute, awesome color (I got yellow), and I LOVE the insoles (they make the flats super comfy for the bottom of my feet)! However, my only issue is with the stitching on the back of the shoe. It rubs the backs of my ankles and is pretty scratchy. I hope these break in but I guess I will have to wear band aids on my heels until that issue goes away.

In the details it says to size up so I did half a size when I recieved the shoe it was very large so I contacted the company to return the shoe and they sent me an email as to where to ship them to return. When I asked if they supplied a shipping label they informed me they did not but I would be refunded the purchase price of the shoes and said that because they ship through Jane they aren't required to provide a shipping label...but any other time I have had a problem with something I have bought from Jane (usually an item didn't fit right) they sent me a shipping label to return the item and just deducted the shipping price from the refund which I can handle. But I had to pay 6.99 in shipping to get the product and nearly 9 bucks to ship it back and they still deducted the shipping fee from my refund and when I sent an email they said had I bought directly from them I wouldn't just be out this money. I will never be purchasing from this company again and am highly dissatisfied with the service I was provided from them.

Great color perfect size fast shipping

The shoe is beautiful! I haven’t worn them yet since it’s now cold where I live. My only disappointment is how wide the are. The right shoe is so loose my foot slips out. The left seems to be a little tighter. I don’t have Barrow feet either. I’ve only tried them inside my house. I’m going to see if I can just exchange them. Perhaps this one just got stretched somehow.

These boots are stylish, but we’re way to big.

The shoe was pretty true to size, I usually wear 8 to 8.5 and I ordered 8.5. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the quality because it was only $10 but it is super cute. I got the gold and it goes with a lot of my outfits! 👍
