I loved these shoes however they were too small so I tried contacting Shoetopia to see if I could exchange. The instructions say to fill out the online email form so I did and never heard back, two times. There is no phone number on the website or on the shipping receipt. Aside from the customer service issue on this purchase the shoes run very small. The size chart did say that they run small so instead of a 9.5 I ordered a 10. I need an 11- they run very small so order extra big.

This is a cheap leather and makes the ankles look a little small. If you already have smaller and goals it’s not cute. I returned this order

Shoes are adorable, but no where close to the size listed. I am consistently a size 8 and I ordered a size 8, but these were closer to a 6.5. Customer service was friendly, but they were of no help in this situation. A return wasn’t worth my time or frustration.

Cute bootie! Fits true to size, just disappointed there is absolutely no padding inside. It's very flat and hard, don't know if I could wear them for any long distance walking but then again they weren't nearly as expensive as some brand-name comparable shoes.

I normally wear a size 9.5 but ordered the 10 and the fit was good. The booties are soft, comfortable and the heel is a perfect for a senior lady like myself.
